HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?


It’s a shame to hear that you would like to return your order, however our goal is to only have happy customers. That’s why we have a 14 days satisfied customer policy.

In order to complete this process as efficiently as possible, we would ask you to follow these 4 steps:

1. Please add a note within the parcel you wish to return to us stating the original order number and the country where you are shipping it from.

2. Subsequently, send your unopened items to the following address:

3. Write down the tracking code that you will receive when you post the package at the shipping company of your choice.

4. Fill out this refund form HERE to initiate refund. It is important that you provide us with a tracking number so that we can efficiently take care of your return.

Please note that, according to our Terms & Conditions, we do not cover shipping for this return. 

REFUND POLICY:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned unopened and with an undamaged seal. If the package has been opened and the product used, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to issue a refund.
  • We do not refund the cost of shipping for your order, which has already been paid. Only the cost of the products themselves will be refunded.
  • If you provided an incorrect shipping address and your order has been marked as delivered according to the tracking number, we are unable to issue a refund. In cases where an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Orders of more than 10 items are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, large orders or orders intended for distribution are not eligible for return, and no refund will be issued.
  • We do not provide refunds for packages that are returned to us empty.
